Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! All our items are custom-made to order, therefore we have a specific return policy. Please read it carefully.

Returns for a Refund

  • You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.
  • We will refund the full purchase price of the item to your original payment method.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return.
  • To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, we will need:
    • Your order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Upon verification, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).

How to Initiate a Return Claim

Please initiate a return claim from within your account, specific instructions are below. You can find a link to your account in the main menu of any page under the Help dropdown.

  • Log into your account using your email address. You will receive a one-time use passcode in your inbox to complete the login process.
  • You will then see all your orders. Click "Request return" next to the item you want to return.
  • Select a reason for returning the item, add a note (this is optional but helpful), then click "Request return."

Please note that return and refund eligibility will be based on this policy.

Important Notes

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Claims for issues must be submitted within the specified timeframes mentioned above.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the issue is not reported within the stated timeframe or if the provided evidence is insufficient.
